We are very happy to announce that Oscar and Wolves will be on stage at Barasti Beach on May 6th.
Oscar and the Wolf is Max Colombie’s project that creates a dazzling, sparkling fusion of his contemporary R&B and European electro with his pop sensibilities.
The project began in his 2012 debut in 2014 with his album Entity reaching platinum sales and quickly catapulting Colombie to superstar status.
This rapid rise to fame saw him sell out arenas in Belgium, Holland and Turkey. Festival slot headliners such as Muse, Rihanna and LCD Soundsystem. It has built up a huge fan base from Turkey, Egypt, Israel, Iran and the Middle East from France, Switzerland, Germany and the Eastern European markets.
This summer, Oscar and the Wolf played at his Lowlands and headlined Pukkelpop.
He just released his new single ‘Warrior’ and is currently touring the EU. On stage, Colombie is a poised and lithe performer, often wearing shimmering costumes that interact with dynamic lighting. These iconic stage looks are reflected offstage as well. His strong passion for fashion led to the use of his music on the Dries Van Noten catwalk.
Dries Van Noten, Ann De Meulemeester, Haider Ackerman and others fashion he has a close relationship with the house.
This year, he was one of his judges at the Yale Fashion Festival 2022 directed by Glenn Martens.
