TSPSC Group 1 Examination Pattern 2023
Aspirants must know the examination pattern for the Prelims and Mains Group 1 Test 2023 as It is essential before they start the examination preparation. Given Below is the complete Exam pattern of the Group 1 Prelims Examination:
- All 150 questions will be objectively based and carry 01 mark each.
- The Examination will be of 2.5 Hours.
- As for negative marking, there will be a 1/3 mark for each incorrect answer.
- Prelims Group 1 Examination marks are not included in the merit list as they are qualifying.
TSPSC Group 1 Main Exam Schedule
Candidates who have provisionally qualified for the Group-I Services Main (conventional type) examination (Notification No. 04/2022) are notified that the Main examination will be held in Hyderabad (including HMDA jurisdiction) from June 5 to June 10, and June 12, 2023.
The examination will be in English, Telugu, and Urdu and candidates can choose to write in English, Telugu, or Urdu, except for General English which must be answered in English. Note that it’s not allowed to write part of the paper in English and part in Telugu or Urdu.
The General English paper is a qualifying paper with the standard of secondary school certificate and marks obtained are not considered for ranking. All candidates must appear for all papers in the Main examination, and absence in any paper will result in disqualification.
