Kerala State Lottery: Kerala State Lottery was established in 1967 and is operated by the Government of Kerala. The Kerala State Lottery Authority has announced the winning numbers for the Vishbumper BR-91 Lottery. Ticket number VE 475588 won the first prize worth Rs 12 million. The 2023 record lottery was launched by State Finance Minister KN Balagopal during a lottery draw at Gorky Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram.
The draw was held at Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Gorky Bhawan near Bakery Junction and all results were announced on the official website shortly after 4pm.
