Yes, VOX Cinemas account holders can request a refund in the form of VOX credit up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. After this time, refund requests will not be accepted. Offer tickets are non-refundable.

Can I print out my online tickets at the cinema?
Print your tickets at one of our cinema kiosks by entering in your booking reference number.
