Bharat Kalachar presents “36th MARGAZHI MAHOTSAV” – a wonderful musical extravaganza celebrating art, culture and devotion for a period of one month non stop starting from 15.12.2024 – 17.01.2025. Join us in celebrating this auspicious month of Margazhi where the finest artists will come together to perform, inspire and elevate the soul. Unnikrishnan and Uthara Unnikrishnan are a father-daughter duo known for their contributions to Indian classical music, specifically Carnatic music.

• P. Unnikrishnan is a highly acclaimed Carnatic vocalist from Tamil Nadu. He gained recognition for his versatile singing, excelling both in classical and playback singing for Indian cinema. Trained under veterans like Seshadri and V. L. Kannan, Unnikrishnan’s smooth, emotive singing style and deep grasp of ragas have won him accolades, including the prestigious National Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer in 1994.
